Rain, Heavy at Times in the Northeast Today...
Radar continues to show a huge area of heavy rain lifting into New England. There is a large area of heavy rain now across the Hudson Valley as indicated by the large yellow-shaded area on the Doppler radar. Low pressure across the Mid-Atlantic states will track northeastward keeping the cool onshore flow around through early Wednesday. Look for showers on Wednesday but it will be nice and sunny on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Next chance of showers will be on Sunday.
