Warmest April on Record in Central Park!
April 2010 was the warmest on record in Central Park since records began in 1869. The average monthly temperature was 57.9 degrees breaking the old record of 56.9 degrees set back in 1941. May is starting out very warm as well - the temperature is in the 80s to near 90 today across the New York metropolitan area!
