Clipper System Produces Snow Today in NYC Tri-State Area...

An Alberta Clipper will produce light to moderate snow on Tuesday and then the moves away tonight and we'll see sunshine on Wednesday and for the rest of the week. One to 3 inches will fall in the city with 2 to 5 inches north and west. The weather models forecasted this storm as early as last Wednesday and always kept the development or intensity to a minimum with no major snowfall. It was a similar pattern as our storm last Wednesday but the overall dynamics were much weaker. Lots of sunshine and seasonably cold weather for the rest of the week.
