Potent Nor'easter Causes Widespread Damage in NY, NJ, LI and CT
Wind gusts measured as high as 73 mph at the Atlantic City Airport and 70 mph in Keansburg, NJ knocked down numerous trees and power lines resulting in hundreds of thousands of people without power in Staten Island, Long Island and New Jersey. This storm continues off the coast of Delaware and is expected to strengthen again producing another round of heavy rain and strong winds but it is not expected to be as severe. Showers will continue into Monday.
