Freezing Rain, Snow and Sleet Changing to Rain Today, More Snow Friday

A very active storm track continues.  Snow, sleet and freezing rain changed to rain here in the city and across much of NJ, CT and the Lower Hudson Valley.  The far northern and western suburbs will continue to see freezing rain for part of the afternoon.  Another storm for Friday could produce 2 to 6 inches of snow depending on the track.  Long range looks VERY COLD for the Northeast especially next weekend around January 30, 2011.  There is a chance for more snow on January 21st, the 25th and around January 30th.
