Heavy Rain and Gusty Winds Tomorrow and Friday for the Northeast...

An intensifying storm will track over the Great Lakes into Ontario over the next few days.  Rain will fall in New York City Thursday and Friday with over an inch of rain forecast.  It will be breezy and chilly this weekend but warming up early next week.
