Little or no accumulation is expected across southern Connecticut, southern Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts including Cape Cod and Nantucket.  Winds are expected to gust to 30 to 40 mph along the coast.  Winter Weather Advisories are also in effect from 6 PM this evening through 7 AM Sunday for interior portions of Connecticut and the Lower Hudson Valley for up to 1 inch of snow, sleet and freezing rain.  Rain is forecast for the entire New York City metropolitan area with perhaps some wet snow mixing in Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
