Snow Cancels Baseball Playoff Game in Denver on October 10, 2009!


Record cold and snow cancelled Saturday's playoff baseball game in Denver, CO. The high on Saturday was only 26 degrees and the low was 17 which set a record for the date. Sunday's Rockies-Angels game was played with temperatures in the upper 20s and lows 30s! This weather map indicates the cold front and snow that fell in Denver and other parts of the Rockies on this day. A trace of snow fell on October 9th and October 10th and the wind gusted to 38 mph on the 9th.
